Hey Monkeys!

Woohoo, its Monday, great way to start off the week with some trivia about our favorite type of monkeys (or in this case, APES!)!

So as many of you know, MiniMonos has adopted a total of 4 real life orangutans!  Our orangutans are named Monti, Kesi, Pingky, and Neng. If you haven’t heard about them, check out these posts about why MiniMonos decided to adopt them and more about the organization which they adopted them from, Orangutan Outreach:

Monti: Click here to see Monti’s amazing story!

Kesi: Click here to check out why we adopted Kesi!

Pingky & Neng: Click here for Pingky & Neng’s story! It wasn’t too long ago that we adopted these monkeys!

Not only has MiniMonos adopted monkeys from Orangutan Outreach, but so have Viper and I (Calypso) on behalf of MiniMonos. Check out why we adopted these twin Orangutans, and their story!

So once you’ve read about our orangutan adoption stories, why not answer some questions about orangutans!

1. What kind of primates are Orangutans?
A: Chimpanzees
B: Apes
C: Monkeys

2. Do Orangutans have a tail?
A: Yes
B: No

3. Orangutans have the ability to learn sign language.

B: False

Answer these questions in the comments below! 😀 Good luck monkeys!
